Claire and Jean-Michel Sabarots are both passionate about producing Piment d´Espelette. For over 20 years they have worked together with one priority: a high-quality product.

Today they also want to transmit and share their know-how. That’s how Mon Pimentier was born, a brightly-coloured place where learning, experience and discovery are the keywords. This concept store brings together different worlds, mixing art and culinary creativity.
