These terms and conditions of sale are agreed between on the one hand, the company GP Pays Basque - Mon Pimentier, with a registered capital of 300 000 €, whose head office is located at 330 Kaminoko Patarra - 64250 Espelette - FRANCE, and on the other hand, those wishing to place an order via the website www.mon-pimentier.com, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Object These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between GP Pays Basque - Mon Pimentier and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.mon-pimentier.com. The acquisition of a product via this site implies an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to ordering. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.mon-pimentier.com is not directly related to their professional activity and that it is limited to a strictly personal use, and on the other hand that they have full legal capacity to agree to these terms and conditions of sale.

Retention of title GP Pays Basque - Mon Pimentier retains full ownership of the products sold until the price has been paid in full, principal, costs and taxes included.
Withdrawal Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for free exchange or refund, apart from the cost of returning the articles. However, no refund or return will be accepted if the product has been opened. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which must be in the agreed geographical area. Various carriers are used, to be chosen by the buyer. Delivery times are only indicative; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded. GP Pays Basque - Mon Pimentier will provide the buyer with a tracking number by e-mail. The buyer may receive delivery at their own address, at a relay point or a fine food outlet (partner of GP Pays Basque - Mon Pimentier). They may also pick up their order directly at the Mon Pimentier shop in Espelette. If the buyer is absent in the case of home delivery, a note will be left by the carrier indicating the address of a relay point or the nearest post office where the package will be held for collection for a specified period.
